  • “The little girl on the right of the middle row of this photograph is my grandmother Harriet Anderson. She later married James Williamson who taught mathematics at Morrisons from 1910 to about 1954 and was Deputy Rector. They ran the boarding house in the Heugh, previously the Anderson family home, from around 1915 to the 1930s when they moved to run Academy House until the early 1940s. Their great-great grandson William Kavanagh has recently enrolled at Morrisons nursery.”
